Please contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain a returns code number. At this time the customer will also be advised on the method of return. Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will be happy to exchange your product for you. After you have received your goods, you can contact us and return any item to our registered postal address, for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. We normally issue refunds within 3-5 working days after the item has been received and inspected, although it may take several more days to be received by your bank. In any case, we will issue valid refunds within 30 days at the latest. Although we are unable to accept returns after items have been used.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty products

If we have supplied you with incorrect goods or the goods received are damaged or faulty within the guarantee period and are being returned for an identical replacement then we will happily apply a credit to your account to cover the delivery costs of you returning the goods to us.
