The ropes themselves are made from polypropene, a synthetic material that is extremely robust, making the sandals hard-wearing. NOMADIC STATE OF MIND place great value on producing as little waste as possible during production, and the recycling quota is currently at around 85%. The brand also forgoes shoe boxes for packaging, further reducing waste.
